摘要: The dimensional changes of automobile parts during high-speed operation are essential to product reliability. To analyze the influences, a censored experiment was proposed in paper. conduct analysis, conducted on clutch hub. First all, test hub and deformation data obtained. Then number calculated based sample size costs. Finally, working speed dimension range were under reliability design requirements at cost-effective basis. method could also be applied other similar products for improvement design.
