摘要: Aim: The purpose of the present study is to evaluate relationship between endometrial concentrations estrogen and progesterone receptors throughout menstrual cycle in women with unexplained infertility. Material methods: In forty four infertile infertility, biopsy endometrium was performed during simultaneous laparoscopy hysteroscopy. prepared for immunohistochemical staining. Forty samples obtained from normal cycles were divided into categories: early proliferative, late secretory secretory. Immunohistochemical localization (ER) (PR) scored according intensity staining proportion cells specifically stained glandular epithelium stroma results analyzed. Conclusion: phase appeared be period transition strong ubiquitous receptor characteristic proliferative weak, focal pattern receptors. Progesterone sufficient number cells.
