摘要: Monoclonal antiestrophilin antibodies (H226Sp gamma and H222Sp gamma) were used with an indirect immunoperoxidase technique to localize estrogen receptor in frozen sections of normal human endometrium. Estrogen was detected the nuclei vast majority epithelial stromal cells from all early, middle, late proliferative phase endometria. However, middle secretory endometria showed a dramatic reduction amount localized. Specific staining for functionalis weak limited scattered cells. In contrast, strong observed cell some glands basalis. The early appeared be period transition ubiquitous characteristic weak, focal pattern localization Postmenopausal consistently nuclear Myometrial smooth muscle also contained receptor. endothelial uterine vessels no always nuclei; specific cytoplasmic observed.
