摘要: It is now universally recognized that the action of estrogen on its target organ to induce release cellular signals in populations cells which effect changes a neighboring cell’s hypertrophy, proliferation and differentiation. To study these responses detail, mechanisms need be examined local, level. Therefore, we have undertaken recent years use computerized image analysis quantitatively identify subpopulations estrogen-stimulated are hypertrophic, determine how regions spatially separated respond temporally induction. These results clearly show there uterine epithelium differentially stimulation. In addition, studies morphological interactions between epithelial-stromal endometrium reviewed regionality interactions. here an attempt integrate this knowledge with literature from realm developmental biology provide some insight into field. Both qualitative quantitative aspects work has potential diagnostic importance human more precisely calculate timing preimplantation as well accurately predict success adenocarcinoma management.
