摘要: Involvement of p38 mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase in interleukin (IL)-6 gene expression human fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) was assessed. MAP constitutively expressed FLSs and activated response to IL-1beta. A pyridinylimidazole compound, SB203580, inhibited activity vivo, since the MAPKAP kinase-2 (a substrate kinase) IL-1beta-stimulated totally suppressed by it. SB203580 concentration-dependently production IL-6 FLSs. The effect dependent on de novo synthesis. significantly reduced stability mRNA without affecting rate transcription. Here, we provide evidence that is IL-1beta involved synthesis stabilizing mRNA.
