摘要: Purpose To assess the utility of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in preoperative mapping biliary anatomy adult-to-adult living related liver transplant (LRLT) donors. Materials and Methods From 57 potential donors with MRCP, 27 cases (16 men, 11 women, age range 22–51 years, mean 37.2 years) underwent right lobe resection had intraoperative cholangiography (IOC) for comparison. The MRCP IOC reports were retrospectively reviewed all cases. was performed on 1.5 Tesla MR magnets using breath-hold heavily T2-weighted sequences axial/coronal thin sections, variable-thickness rotating slabs. accuracy LRLT analyzed compared to findings. Results Of donors, 26 (96.3%) which showed adequate information central intrahepatic anatomy. Of these, 19 normal bifurcation confirmed by IOC, single anastomosis created recipient at transplantation. correctly predicted 17 (sensitivity normals: 89.5%). In seven variant anatomy, two separate anastomoses recipient. five variants variants: 71.4%). Overall, an 84.6% (22/26). Conclusions MRCP has assessment nondilated bile ducts however further improvements are desired increase its quality accuracy. J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2004;19:209–215. © 2004 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
