摘要: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers and second leading cause cancer-related death in women worldwide. Ribosomal s6 kinase4 (RSK4) a potential tumor suppressor multiple cancers, while its role breast largely unknown. Our study here aimed to explore relationship between RSK4 expression with clinicopathologic characteristics promoter methylation status RSK4. Real-time PCR bisulfite sequencing were, respectively, used detect difference mRNA 49 paired non-cancerous samples. The associations were analyzed. In patients' specimens, was found be significantly decreased tissues compared (p = 0.002), which due hypermethylation 0.005). Frequency higher than 0.009); not associated all clinicopathological features. silencing frequent event cancer. majority have level when tissues. may valuable biomarker for carcinogenesis progression.
