摘要: Mycobacterium goodii X7B appeared to have the ability remove organic sulfur from a broad range of species in gasoline, diesel and crude oils. The predominant properties make it as potential workhorse for petroleum biodesulfurization process. We sequenced annotated whole genome serve basis further elucidation genetic background this promising strain, provide opportunities investigating metabolic regulatory mechanisms.
