摘要: Abstract Background Post-transplant recurrent glomerulonephritis (RGN) is the third cause of graft failure in first year after renal transplantation (RT). The purpose this study was to analyze incidence RGN, clinical presentation, and evolution transplanted patients who underwent RT at our center. Methods We studied with (GN) (2007 2013).We analyzed sex, age, time dialysis, type GN, RT, post-transplant kidney function diagnosis evolution. Renal biopsy samples were processed anatomic pathology laboratory. Results Three hundred sixteen received during period. In 83 cases, reason for primary GN. Of these patients, 15 (18%) had RGN confirmed by biopsy. Data include sex: 73.3% men, 26.7% women; mean age: 42.2 (29–73) years; RT: 80% cadaveric donor (CD) versus 20% living (LD); GN: 18.4% immunoglobulin (Ig)A nephropathy, 35.7% membranous 10.53% I membrano-proliferative GN (MPGN I), 16.6% focal segmental glomerular sclerosis (FSGS). 2 years (1 month 16 years). Patients an LD transplant a shorter than those CD transplant. One patient FSGS one MPGN less 1 year. function, 33.3% failure. Conclusions lower that published literature. Membranous nephropathy most frequent RGN. IgA interval I.
