摘要: Abstract In our study, the effect of chemically treated basalt fibers on mechanical interfacial properties reinforced epoxy composites was investigated. The surface were determined by Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. structure analyzed Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). acid and alkali chemical treatments led to significant changes in characteristics fibers. improved properties, interlaminar shear strength (ILSS) fracture toughness (KIC) composites. Composites with H 2 SO 4 had higher values ILSS KIC than KOH-treated These results are attributed improvement bonding strength, which caused an increase roughness
