摘要: At the World Economic Forum meeting in year 2000 Davos economic challenges for next millennium were presented and analysed. The role of Internet communications development global economy central theme evident inefficiency traditional control mechanisms was highlighted. This situation implies greater responsibility management two fundamental reasons: first because are ultimately responsible fortunes their organizations, second they have more freedom to act. I believe that manifesto (1973) discourse is incalculable value, but we also it has a series important weaknesses from ethical point view. My proposal transformational review centred on ethics using as starting conviction manager organizations. In this article intend examine need, opportunity, develop an code professional managers based ethics.
