摘要: Abstract Space radio emission is the important source of background for physical investigation ionosphere. Variations signal and scintillations discrete sources allow defining some ionosphere characteristics such as plasma density variations degree inhomogeneity. Irkutsk incoherent scatter radar (IISR) has narrow palm-like directivity diagram. With this diagram IISR scans a wide sector elevation angles celestial sphere. The sweeping time 40° with 0.5° step around several seconds. Therefore, in passive mode capable to work an imaging riometer. As result month observations we detected number scintillation events found good agreement between spread-F which were observed independently. also sensitive solar probably observe objects resolution spatial range.
