摘要: A brief technical description of the Irkutsk Incoherent Scatter Radar Institute Solar-Terrestrial Physics (Siberian Branch, Russian Academy Sciences) is given. New diagnostic capabilities resulting from radar upgrade are presented. Types measurements for Earth’s upper atmosphere and near-Earth space studies described.
