摘要: Preferred orientation along c-axis of hen-egg-white lysozyme (HEWL) crystals has been observed in an external electric field. Besides, the HEWL grew predominantly on cathode side glass cell. These facts were explained basis a concept for specific spatial distribution positive charges individual molecules, and thus attributed to (preferred) molecules solution, under these conditions. Ultrasonic field redoubles nucleation rate crystals, but does not change number building units critical nucleus. Taking into account intermolecular binding energy, we conclude that ultrasonic accelerates due breaking protein crystals.
