摘要: SUMMARY Background Advances in immunology and molecular biology have shown that colorectal cancer is potentially immunogenic host immune responses influence survival. However, surveillance activation frequently ineffective preventing and/or controlling tumour growth. Aim To discuss potential ways which induces suppression, its effect upon prognosis avenues for therapeutic development. Method
