摘要: Dendritic cells (DCs) take up tumour-specific antigen and migrate to regional lymph nodes generate anti-tumour immunity. Although DC infiltration within human tumour tissue has been reported, the subset distribution not fully investigated. This study used immunohistochemistry investigate in colorectal adenocarcinoma. DCs expressing CD83, which are considered be mature DCs, were present mainly invasive margin of cancer stroma. CD83(+) formed clusters with lymphocytes, majority CD45RO(+) T cells. The number CD4(+) was greater than that CD8(+) these DC-lymphocyte clusters. elongated cytoplasmic processes engulfed express CD1a located throughout tissue. CD1a(+) almost same as stroma, mostly scattered rarely lymphocytes. expressed both CD83 rare. Moreover, about 20% lymphocytes positive for Ki-67, attached Ki-67(+) also T-cell areas had a distinctive structure involving presence B-cell lymphoid follicles. These results suggest form promote activation generation
