摘要: Tumor infiltrating leukocytes comprise a significant population of cells in the tumor microenvironment. Pathologic evaluation tumors by methods light microscopy and immunohistochemistry allow identification all types leukocytes, including myeloid, monocytoid lymphoid origin. The density these cells, their spatial distribution islets stroma, level maturation functional status vary considerably different nature, grade stage. By analysis clinical data it has been shown that specific have major impact on course outcome malignant diseases. This chapter describes an approach used pathologists to gain insight into morphologic properties as well prognostic significance.
