摘要: Mast cells accumulate at sites of neovascularization, solid tumors, and many immune reactions. Such accumulation requires directed migration mature mast or their precursors. The nature the chemoattractants that regulate cell motility identity receptors mediate chemotactic response are poorly understood. We have tested ability stem factor (SCF), a growth factor, to stimulate migration. Our results show SCF is potent attractant stimulates directional both mucosal connective tissue-type cells. activity potentiated by costimulation with interleukin-3 (IL-3), another chemoattractant. SCF, known ligand for c-kit tyrosine kinase receptor, was unable in W42 mutant cells, which defective kinase. However, were still able migrate IL-3. These as well receptor can transduce signals leading proliferation increased motility.
