摘要: Mast cells are recognized as the key of allergie inflammatory reactions. They derived from precursors that originate in bone marrow, circulate through blood and migrate into tissues where they mature presence stem cell factor (SCF) [1]. In addition to their role allergy, also implicated pathogenesis a number chronic diseases, wound healing, fibrosis native immunity [2]. These possess on membrane FCERI contain prominent cytoplasmic granules store several preformed mediators, such histamine, neutral proteases proteoglycans [3]. Following activation mast release mediators synthesize phospholipid metabolites an array cytokines [4]. Activators include allergens (via allergen-specific IgE bound FCERI), complement factors (e.g. C5a), cytokines, chemokines neuropeptides [5].
