摘要: Abstract Production of tissue mast cells was evaluated in genetically anemic mice S1/S1dgenotype. In the skin adult S1/S1d numbers per centimeter were less than 1 % observed congenic + /+ mice, as reported for W/Wv mice. Any scarcely detected other tissues both and Since bone marrow cell transplantation from increases skin, stomach, mesentery would seem to contain precursors cells. These precursor may arrive at peripheral tissues, is suggested by observation that increase grafted S1/S1drecipients. The lack seems be due a defect locally induces differentiation cells, indicated donors does not do develop recipients.
