摘要: Abstract The question of whether splenic stem cells in steelanemic mice are appropriately supported or stimulated at a local cellular level was explored by the transplantation intact normal spleens from genetically to those with this type hereditary macrocytic anemia. Four graft technics were employed. All equally effective improving clinical picture condition. Additional experiments concerned specificity reaction indicated that only spleen grafts effective. A discussion nature defect and potentialities intergenotype erythropoietic tissue is presented.
