摘要: This paper reports new data on the effect of action mutant genes W and Wv murine hemopoiesis. Our studies demonstrate that presence these produces: (1) a macrocytic anemia with neither granulocytopenia nor thrombocytopenia; (2) severe defect in early stages hemopoietic repopulation manifested by (a) an apparent block differentiation immature cells into erythroid precursors, (b) greatly reduced rate proliferation differentiated elements. These existence genetic influence transplanted marrow suggest may result not only from defects late development but also abnormalities maturation repopulation.
