摘要: As part of strategies for sustainable agriculture, it is necessary to reduce the use synthetic nitrogen fertilisers through biofertilisers. In particular, genera Azotobacter and Azospirillum are used as plant growth promoters because their ability fix atmospheric indolic type hormones. For this reason, in study were isolated diazo- trophic bacteria from rhizosphere cotton crops Espinal (Tolima). The microbial populations characterized phenotypically specific semi culture media: Ashby LG (Azotobacter sp.)
