摘要: Abstract Background Experience with kidney transplantation from brain-dead donors remains limited in China. Our objective was to evaluate the outcomes of (group 1), compared those living ones same age 2). Methods Clinical data and range (18–45 years) performed between May 2007 December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Recipients for posttransplantation serum creatinine, creatinine clearance (calculated by Cockcroft-Gault formula), number acute rejection episodes delayed graft function, patient/graft survival. Results Mean donor comparable 2 groups (31.9 ± 6.5 vs 32.8 7.0 years; P  = .268). The terminal level 125.5 63.5 μmol/L group 1 (n = 30) 65.1 13.7 110; .000). Recipient month thereafter. Acute seen 7 cases recipients (15.9%) 15 (13.6%; .716). incidence function higher (18.2%) than that (3.6%; .002). 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rate groups. Conclusions study demonstrated achieved acceptable follow-up, encouraging use this approach.
