摘要: To satisfy the increasing requests for renal grafts, elderly donors are increasingly accepted kidney transplant at many centers. The main unresolved question is long-term effect on graft survival of potential histological lesions due to donor age. We present a prospective study performed from January 1997 December 2001 184 consecutively transplanted grafts in which only criterion acceptance was normal value serum creatinine upon admission intensive care unit independent At end study, 57 recipients (31%) mean age 55 years (range 39 67 years) received aged more than 60 (mean 66 years; range 75 years), this cohort denoted as older group (ODKTG) and 127 (69%) with 49 21 63 whose lower 16 59 younger (YDKTG). two groups were comparable time dialysis, cold ischemia time, immunosuppression therapy, grading damage. follow-up 5.6 3.5 7.5 primary nonfunction delayed function significantly represented ODKTG YDKTG. Cumulative patient 84.3% 79.4% ODKTG, respectively, 93.8% 85.9% YDKTG, respectively (P = NS). values 1.98 mg/100 mL 1.65 YDKTG In conclusion, presented damage that seen among donors.
