摘要: Both daily stress and the tendency to react with heightened levels of negative affect (i.e., sensitivity) are important vulnerability factors for adverse mental health outcomes. Mindfulness-based reduction (MBSR) may help reduce perceived sensitivity. The purpose this study was examine how change in stress, (NA), decoupling between NA evolved over course a MBSR program, without making any priori assumptions on shape change. Seventy-one adults from general population participating provided diary assessments during MBSR. time-varying effect model (TVEM) indicated that decreased linear fashion rather than nonlinear fashion, both as function time cumulative number days mindfulness practice. TVEM multilevel growth modeling showed association did not decrease findings support hypothesis reduces also extent which individuals perceive their stressful. Also, results suggest there is dose-response relationship amount practice reductions NA.
