摘要: Abstract Climate change adaptation efforts continue to increase as the impacts of climate increase, intensify, and become more apparent. However, many fail result in actions. Some are experienced differently by depending their specific role, affiliation, agency, experience. Additionally, some or exacerbate additional stakeholders.
