摘要: Abstract Climate change adaptation efforts continue to increase as the impacts of climate increase, intensify, and become more apparent. However, many fail result in actions. This inaction has been linked several constraining factors including a lack actionable information for decision-making processes. We wonder if service producers face constraints they try create deliver efforts? paper draws on semi-structured interviews participant-observations across production environments Sweden answer our research question finds that engage research, coordination, communication varying degrees experience related dissemination stakeholder engagement, well funding, professional, institutional constraints. Some are experienced differently by depending their specific role, affiliation, agency, experience. Additionally, some or exacerbate additional stakeholders. Therefore, limit effectiveness services, overcoming them would help make progress towards implementation contexts. actions be widespread, services must met with support guidance beyond provision information.
