摘要: Abstract. Forli L, Halse J, Haug E, Bjortuft O, VatnM, Kofstad Boe J (Rikshospitalet; Clinic ofOsteoporosis; Hormone Laboratory; Aker UniversityHospital; Oslo, Norway). Vitamin D deficiency, bonemineral density and weight in patients withadvanced pulmonary disease. Intern Med 2004;256: 56–62.Objective. To study the influence of underweight, body composition vitamin deficiency on with advancedpulmonary disease.Design. Cross-sectional time span forinclusion set at 5 years.Setting. The clinical work biochemical analyseswere carried out Rikshospitalet UniversityHospital, Norway. Analyses for Dmetabolites bone markers were atAker University Hospital, measurements atClinic Osteoporosis.Subjects. Seventy-one candidates lungtransplantation (63% chronic obstructivepulmonary disease, 42 underweight 29normal weight) included.Main outcome measures. Body composition, lumbar spine femur neck, serum concentration calcidiol Dintake.Results. Subnormal levels present in52% 69% thenormal-weight patients. resulting models oflinear regression showed that Tscores model, total variation 16.7% wasexplained by group (underweight/normal weight),sex age. For neck T scores thetotal 20.4% was explained theinteraction Ddeficiency (with borderline significance) byarm muscle circumference percentage standard. In normal levels, medianintake 17 lg underweightpatients 11 normal-weight patients.Conclusions. common inboth patients, butonly an associationbetween reduced femurneck indicated. Keywords: body mineral density, pulmonary transplantation, D,weight.
