摘要: Cleft lip and palate affects the child in many ways, particularly appearance, dental arch relationships, growth of face, speech development. The key to successful care is management a multidisciplinary team adhering well-designed protocol, careful audit results. We present intermediate outcome 15 patients with complete bilateral unilateral cleft whose condition was managed according strict protocol. give results observations operations single surgeon's functional primary surgery over 6-year period terms cephalometric analyses, aesthetic assessments, analysis. show good early facial growth, relationships appropriate for age group; we found only minor discrepancies, no requiring pharyngoplasty. importance management, value keeping sound surgical protocols, techniques surgery.
