Effect of primary surgery for cleft lip and palate on mid-facial growth

摘要: Surgery for cleft lip and palate is known to have an effect on growth development of the midface. This paper studies outcomes in 34 consecutive 10-year-old patients with unilateral palate. Clinical observations importance both surgical technique influence cranial base morphology maxillo-mandibular position are discussed.
