摘要: Not only are personal trainers the face of fitness industry, they also generate a significant portion revenue in this multi-billion dollar business. It is therefore essential to produce best possible personnel. In order assist industry selecting trainers, we developed preliminary trainer evaluation system based on survey experts. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method was then applied system. Of three major dimensions – achievement, teaching, and service results achievement results, which include course sales team were identified as most important.
