Prioritizing Major Policy Issues Regarding the Smart Schooling System Using the AHP Method

摘要: This paper attempts to identify the determinants affecting success of smart schooling system in Korea which is one leading countries across world terms education through ICT, prioritize indicators necessary for weight, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, and put forward policy implications policymakers practitioners involved school policy. The AHP analysis shows that indicator teacher’s commitment has highest weight score, followed by attitudes towards e-learning IT, implying individual activities should be regarded as more important than any other indicators.
