Fine needle aspiration cytology of epithelioid sarcoma

摘要: In this case report, we have described the fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of epithelioid sarcoma (ES) in a 40-year-old female patient who presented with multiple nodular swellings over right forearm and single axillary lymph node. The FNAC smear showed predominantly dispersed as well three-dimensional clusters malignant cells admixed basement membrane like material. individual were moderately pleomorphic round to oval nuclei moderate abundant amount cytoplasm. neoplastic well-defined cytoplasmic borders intercellular spaces. excision biopsy swelling ES. features ES are characteristic preoperative diagnosis is helpful for proper management case.
