摘要: Twenty-six cases of epithelioid sarcoma having a minimum 5 years follow-up are presented. The patients ranged in age from 11 to 64 years; 18 were between 20 and 40 age. Males predominated (18:8). most common tumor locations the fingers (6 cases), wrist (5 hand (4 cases). All tumors typical histologically, with medium-sized large plump spindle cells, predominantly nodular growth pattern, intranodular collagen. Features seen minority included hyalinized collagen, calcification, myxoid areas, focal small cells. major factor related distant metastasis death proved be size; all 7 neoplasms > or = cm died tumor, 6 had metastases, whereas only 2 10 smaller developed metastases (of unknown size, 3 those along 1 other metastases). Five regional lymph nodes involved cm, size), died. Local recurrence was primarily associated treatment by excision alone (9 cases) rather than amputation (2 8 radiation cases); recurrences often controlled subsequent amputation. When size taken into account, histological variables including mitotic rate, necrosis, perineural invasion not significantly recurrence, metastasis, patient survival.
