摘要: Abstract 1. Mustard gas or half mustard caused a rapid dose-dependent depression of DNA synthesis in HeLa cells. 2. Synchronous populations cells treated prior to the G1 phase cell cycle were not delayed their progression into S phase, but showed inhibition when entered phase. 3. Treatment during also resulted rate synthesis. 4. Cells which had been depressed exhibited prolongation and corresponding mitotic delay. 5. early produced less than treatment late probably due repair damage before its effects manifest 6. The different on survival throughout consistent with this possibility. 7. After passed through block subsequent was impaired. 8. G2 did delay following mitosis induce NDA next then 9. results accord view that cytotoxic action these agents direct inactivation template could, however, be repaired.
