摘要: The effect of melphalan on cell loss, growth and cell-cycle traverse was studied the human myeloma line RPMI 8226. Melphalan treatment resulted in arrest cells late S- G2-phases a population unsynchronized cells. At high concentrations (e.g. 40 μm), loss noticed duringthe first cycle after addition to aforementioned S G2. further analysed enriched for G1-phase.
