摘要: A technique for improving the peel strength of copper and based alloy materials, particularly or materials which may be wrought electrolytically deposited foil having an antitarnish treatment applied thereto, preferably by use a chromate-containing solution. The material is subjected to rinse containing silane coupling agent, organofunctional silane, more alkoxysilane derivative. Both original after storage so treated enhanced.
