摘要: This study concentrated on the mitochondrial DNA diversity in adult Artemia urmiana populations. A total of 210 individual specimens were collected from surface and bottom layers three different geographical areas, comprising six sampling sites Urmia Lake (Iran). The rDNA gene region was amplified using PCR technique followed by RFLP analysis based eleven restriction endonucleases. Analysis at intrapopulation level indicated that two median south area have somewhat higher proportion polymorphic compare to others. Although floating sinking cysts did not consistently show genetic differences, there significant variation among all samples (FST = 0.019, P 0.03) 98% within samples. Our results clearly distinguished nucleotide divergence structuring patterns, suggest may be differentiation existed populations Lake. Pairwise comparisons showed layer location most genetically divergent sites. Genetic characterizations various defined depths (surface bottom) revealed important understanding ecology this commercially species.
