摘要: The boron doped amorphous carbon were prepared by in-situ mixing of hydrocarbon palm oil and dopant carrier gas, argon in the chamber using bias assisted pyrolysis-CVD. effect substrate on thickness, electrical electronic properties a-C:B film investigated. fabricated solar cell with configuration Au/p-C:B/n-Si/Au achieved conversion efficiency (r\) 0.453% at applied voltage −20 V. This result showed successful interstitial doping films deposited this method precursor as confirmed fill factor, open circuit voltage, current density results.
