摘要: Abstract A simple electric field-assisted aqueous solution (EFAS) technique was successfully developed to prepare 1D ZnO nanostructures with different morphologies. Changing the current density between substrate and Pt wire as anode can efficiently control morphologies of nanostructures. The structural optical properties including nanorods nanocones were investigated by photoluminescence Raman spectroscopy. spectrum measurements confirmed that nanorod arrays vertically aligned highly c-axis oriented, sample treated at 0.05 mA demonstrating best crystallization among all samples. quality as-grown improved after thermal annealing 500 °C because released functional group elements decreased deep-level defects. These findings indicate potential EFAS method grow high-quality for field-emission applications.
