摘要: The substrate effects on the morphology and photoluminescence (PL) properties of ZnO nanorods synthesized by a low temperature solution method has been investigated. seed layers substrates were prepared radio-frequency sputtering. have characterized PL spectra field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). FESEM results showed that grown polyethylene terephthalate (PET) had most uniform size highest coverage density compared with Si glass substrates. measurements best performance may be attributed to higher crystallization defects in nanostructures. These findings shown strongly depend substrate.
