摘要: C-X-C chemokine receptor 4 and Notch1 have been shown to play oncogenic role individually. This study aimed determine the combinatorial of in lung adenocarcinoma. Expression was detected resected tumor samples from 185 patients with adenocarcinoma at stage I-IIIa by immunohistochemistry. Correlations their immunoscores clinicopathological characteristics disease-specific survival were retrospectively investigated. A three-dimensional capillary-like sprouting model established assess effects on angiogenesis vitro. The results revealed that expression elevated tissues. high co-expression significantly correlated size, status, nodal stage, lymphovascular invasion, as well decreased survival. Multivariate analysis showed invasion (hazard ratio: 0.205, 95% confidence interval: 0.086-0.491, p < 0.0001) 0.293, 0.168-0.510, independent indicators poor prognosis Furthermore, enhanced promote regulating Flt1 Flt4 In conclusion, is associated progression an indicator expression, simultaneous inhibition both factors might be effective treatment strategy.
