摘要: Abstract The radiation effects on the optical and electrical properties of stoichiometric MgAl2O4 spinel specimens irradiated in FFTF—MOTA at temperatures between 385 750°C to fluence ranging from 5.3 24.9 × 1026 n m−2 (E ≫ 0.1 McV) are measured. In a strong absorption ultraviolet range is observed together with small band around 20 000 cm−1 (510 nm). Two luminescence emissions also 700 nm, excitation spectra region. decrease conductivity temperature 0 500°C. Other techniques (like dielectric spectroscopy EPR) have been used.
