摘要: In a recent paper in this Review, Nancy Gordon, Thomas Morton, and Ina Braden (G-M-B) presented model of facultv salary determination results an empirical test their model. I present replication study using data from another institution tests alternative models. Faculty differentials can be explained part by differences individuals' characteristics.
