Using Citations to Measure Sex Discrimination in Faculty Salaries

摘要: Using a salary model developed at the University of Minnesota, this author found that unexplained differential between male and female faculty was reduced by approximately 14 percent when he added citations to model. This methodology will interest researchers responsible for analyzing structure their institutions.
