摘要: ABSTRACTPeople living with HIV (PLWH) on antiretroviral therapy (ART) who use substances were examined to (a) describe those virologic control and (b) determine which substance use-factors are associated lack of control. Participants adult PLWH taking ART either past 12-month DSM-IV dependence or 30-day alcohol illicit drug use. Substance factors included number criteria specific Associations viral load (HVL) (<200 vs. ≥200 copies/mL) tested using logistic regression models. Multivariable analyses adjusted for age, sex, homelessness anxiety depression. (n = 202) median age 50 years, 66% male, 51% African American 75% self-reported ≥90% adherence.
