摘要: Abstract In this paper we propose a model for the dynamics of HIV epidemics under distinct HAART regimes, and study emergence drug-resistance. The predicts untreated patients all stages infection. We compute local global stability disease-free equilibrium model. simulate two patients, rapid progressors long-term non-progressors. effects equal RTI PI efficacies, as well drug namely RTI-based PI-based therapeutics. Treatment is initiated when CD 4 + T cells count less than 350 cells  mm − 3 . drugs seem to produce better outcomes, with respect disease progression, regimes.
