摘要: Abstract The dynamics of human immunodeficiency virus infection under antiretroviral therapy is investigated using a cellular automata model where the effectiveness each drug self-adjusted by concentration CD4 + T infected cells present at time step. drugs and cell beginning treatment are control parameters population’s during therapy. allows describing processes mono combined therapies. that emerges from this when considering therapies reproduces with fair qualitative agreement phases different scales process. As observed in clinical data, results reproduce significant decrease population concomitant increase healthy short timescale (weeks) after initiation treatment. Over long scales, early potent may lead to undetectable levels infection. For late or treatments starting low density it was steady state which T counts above threshold associated onset AIDS. obtained validated through comparison available trial data.
