AKI fluid overload (FO) are frequently observed in this patient population. There multiple modalities that can be for FO which include following: diuretics, in-line hemofiltration, CRRT. considerations when using CRRT including access, flows, hemolysis, anticoagulation, termination. Conclusion While each center has its own set equipment, experiences, practices, imperative international community continues work together provide an evidence-based approach address morbidity mortality associated FO.
