摘要: Tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) is the main constituent monomer for preparation of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resins. TFE polymerized in an aqueous suspension medium to produce granular PTFE These polymers are produced by polymerization and addition trace amounts a comonomer modify homopolymers. After completion polymerization, “raw” dispersion particles water obtained, which must be “finished” before commercial application possible. Raw dispersions contain wide range solids, often, <10–45% weight water. Fine powder using coagulation, dispersion, drying processes. High molecular chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE) synthesized, characterized, utilized diffusion process polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE). The synthesis CTFE has been carried out bulk, suspension, emulsion polymerizations.
